SECTOR GATE

Sector gates are heavy-duty flow control gates applied in bulk material handling systems to control or block the release of such materials as cement, gravel, sand, grain, or minerals from hoppers, bins, and silos. Due to their simple, strong, and wear-resistant construction, sector gates are widely applied in such industries as cement factories, mines, and bulk material processing units. They are particularly suitable for dealing with abrasive, coarse, or high-volume materials where clean, controlled, and reliable discharge is critical.
